Logistics Analyst – Import/Export & Warehouse Management

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, including import, export, local processing and compliance with PEZA and customs regulations. The role ensures timely delivery, cost‑effective freight management and coordination with service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound, outbound and local logistics operations.
• Monitor shipments for regulatory compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Manage freight cost, global trade compliance and relationships with forwarders, couriers and other service providers.
• Receive, sort and audit bills of lading, addressing discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation and permit applications for sea and air shipments.
• Coordinate with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, brokers and other government agencies.
• Lead logistics and warehouse teams, ensuring people management and compliance.
• Support warehouse functions from receiving to inventory, issuance, production and finished‑goods management.
• Ensure renewal of all government requirements for shipment purposes.
• Follow TE, EHS, global trade and logistics policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs, Management, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Proven experience in import/export processes, Kanban, Two‑Bin system, FIFO, batch management and good warehouse practices.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
