Litigation & Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Parada Rivera Evardone & Salalima Attorneys-at-Law (PRESLAW) is seeking a full‑time Litigation/Corporate Lawyer to join its Ortigas office. The successful candidate will manage a blended caseload of civil, criminal and corporate matters, providing practical legal advice and representing clients before courts and quasi‑judicial bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, legal opinions and other court documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, conferences and before quasi‑judicial agencies.
• Develop case strategies in coordination with partners and team members.
• Conduct legal research and analyze issues affecting clients.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
• Negotiate and review agreements, liaise with government agencies and counterparties.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with clients regarding case and transaction updates.

Required profile

• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar with a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws from an accredited law school.
• Strong foundation in law and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Proven experience appearing before courts or quasi‑judicial bodies.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in litigation, settlements and corporate transactions.
• Excellent research, writing and drafting abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Client‑focused, ethical approach and willingness to work on‑site in Pasig City.
