About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Legal Officer to join our team in Pasig. The role is on‑site and focuses on providing comprehensive legal support to ensure smooth corporate operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal consulting across business, corporate, and contract matters.
- Manage corporate housekeeping activities.
- Handle business law and contract law issues.
- Perform other legal‑related tasks to support SMGP’s operations.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor degree, specializing in corporate, labor, or commercial law.
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
