Line Trainer

About the role

The Line Trainer will deliver classroom and hands‑on instruction to operators at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc., ensuring they acquire the technical skills required for production and inspection processes. This role combines on‑site training, material development, and close collaboration with line leaders and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom and practical training to operators on process fundamentals, inspection criteria, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop, update, and support training materials to enhance skill‑building for new and existing staff.
• Offer hands‑on assistance during training sessions and ensure accurate documentation of operator data and paperwork.
• Maintain strong communication with Line Leaders, Supervisors, PE, and Managers to address operator concerns.
• Participate actively in meetings related to operator support, organizational updates, and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role.
• Certified Buddy Trainer.
• Proven ability to teach both groups and individuals in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of FPC/Assembly processes.
• Advanced technical skills in e‑learning and mobile training platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
