Product Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Trainer to join Utak POS in Manila. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto our point‑of‑sale (POS) platform, delivering effective training sessions, and ensuring they can use the system confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and on‑site training sessions for clients on the Utak POS system.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and tutorials.
• Identify and resolve client challenges during the onboarding process.
• Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to relay client insights and suggest enhancements.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
