Line Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Line Trainer to provide both classroom and hands‑on technical training to production operators. The successful candidate will teach fundamental process and inspection skills, support the continuous improvement of training materials, and ensure accurate documentation of operator progress.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and practical, hands‑on training to operators.
• Teach core technical skills required for identified processes and inspections, including reading comprehension and examinations.
• Recommend and help improve existing and new training materials to enhance skill‑building.
• Provide on‑site support during training sessions and troubleshoot operator issues.
• Build trusting, communicative relationships with line leaders, supervisors, engineers, and managers.
• Enter operator data and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate actively in meetings related to operator support, training updates, and organizational information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role.
• Certified Buddy Trainer.
• Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of FPC/Assembly processes.
• Advanced technical skills in e‑learning and mobile training platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
