Lifeguard – Hotel Pool Operations

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to manage the pool operations at Shangri‑La The Fort, Manila. Reporting directly to the Director of Security, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while maintaining high service standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool activities and monitor guest safety.
- Enforce pool rules and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain equipment.
- Provide first‑aid and basic life‑support assistance when required.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience as a lifeguard in an international hotel.
- Certified Lifeguard and Emergency Rescuer (Philippine Red Cross) preferred.
- Completed First Aid and Basic Life Support training.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Unrestricted right to work in the Philippines.
