Licensed Pharmacist – Fixed-Term (Field Event Support)

About the role

The Licensed Pharmacist will support ActiveOne Health during field events, ensuring all prescriptions are validated and medicines are handled according to regulatory and company standards. The role also assists the order‑taking team and contributes to inventory management, data collection and reporting throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite pharmacist at field events, overseeing storage, handling and distribution of medicines and health products.
• Validate all prescriptions (Rx) during ASM events and provide critical assistance to the lead pharmacist, assistance pharmacist and Business Development Team.
• Coordinate with the PBM team and event organizers to guarantee smooth execution of field activities.
• Maintain accurate logs, inventory reports and support additional pharmaceutical tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy with an active PRC‑registered pharmacist license in good standing.
• 1‑2 years experience in order fulfillment within a community or online pharmacy setting.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with possible extended hours.
• Knowledge of generic medicines and equivalence, and familiarity with inventory systems.
