Legal Operations Administrator

About the role

The Asian Development Bank’s Office of the General Counsel is seeking a Legal Operations Administrator to provide technical, analytical, and administrative support for its legal operations. Based at the Manila headquarters, you will work closely with senior counsel and the OGC Management Team to ensure smooth execution of legal projects and events.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Board, Investment Committee, and internal legal meetings.
• Organise OGC‑sponsored workshops, conferences and seminars for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare confidential legal documents, policy papers, briefing notes and speeches.
• Supervise legal operations assistants and manage day‑to‑day project administration.
• Monitor counsel assignments, specialisations and workload using a database.
• Track document flow, maintain centralized filing systems and ensure timely retirement of files.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting senior legal professionals or managing legal documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
