Legal Documentation Officer (Client-Facing) – Remote

About the role

Conveyancing.com.au is seeking a full‑time, remote Legal Documentation Officer to join its client‑facing team. In this position you will support the conveyancing process by managing legal and export documentation, ensuring accurate communication with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining organized document records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file legal documentation related to property conveyancing.
• Handle export documentation and related compliance tasks on a daily basis.
• Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates.
• Maintain document management systems, ensuring proper retention and easy retrieval.
• Support the customer support team with document‑related queries and issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in legal documentation or conveyancing is a plus.
