Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to support our fast‑growing eCommerce and subscription business. The role blends traditional commercial, compliance and litigation work with a strong focus on emerging AI‑related legal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, including manufacturing, supply and purchase agreements with domestic and international vendors.
• Manage outside litigation counsel and lead dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Provide guidance on U.S. consumer‑protection, advertising compliance and privacy law matters.
• Leverage AI tools for contract review, legal research, drafting and workflow automation.
• Support legal operations, change‑management initiatives and process redesign within the organization.

Required profile

• Law degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in‑house or at a major law firm.
• Demonstrated breadth across commercial, compliance and litigation matters for U.S.‑based companies.
• Strong curiosity about AI law and policy, with a willingness to adopt AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
