Legal Administrator

About the role

MRI Software is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its Manila team and support the company’s North American operations. The role focuses on managing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and minimizing legal and operational risks while facilitating smooth business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review sales, license, non‑disclosure, subcontract and other commercial agreements using established language and guidance from in‑house counsel.
• Maintain the legal contract database for all international operations.
• Respond to general legal inquiries and manage contract requests through the legal request system.
• Provide guidance on contract issues to internal teams and collaborate with other departments and counsel on non‑standard agreements.
• Coordinate resolution of residual contract issues after execution and lead special projects as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• College degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of business experience (preferred).
• 1 + year of contracting experience (preferred, not required).
• 1 + year of data privacy or data security experience (preferred, not required).

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
