Lead Toddler Teacher (2's Program)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2‑year‑old program. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports each child’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy.
• Lead daily classroom operations and maintain a well‑supervised learning space.
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans.
• Communicate regularly with families using Cadence‑required tools.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavioral escalations per policy.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and licensing requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Commitment to a collaborative, supportive work environment.
