Lead Full Stack Developer (AI-Native, Python + TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑native Lead Full Stack Developer to own the design, development, and optimisation of end‑to‑end systems where artificial intelligence is a core product capability. The role combines hands‑on engineering with leadership, guiding a team to build secure, high‑performance APIs, modern front‑ends, and integrated AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI) and frontend applications with Angular, React and TypeScript.
• Design and deliver AI‑powered product features such as LLM‑driven assistants, RAG pipelines, image generation, embeddings‑based search and recommendation.
• Make decisions on model selection, hosting, and orchestration, balancing quality, cost and latency.
• Build scalable, secure RESTful APIs and enforce best‑practice security, authentication and responsible AI standards.
• Oversee cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews and define technical guidelines for safe AI integration.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI features.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑stack teams and delivering complex, AI‑enabled products.
• Strong understanding of modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Ability to set architectural standards and enforce security and responsible AI practices.
