Lead Architect

About the role

P.A. Properties is seeking a Lead Architect to join its Biñan City office. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide the architectural vision of housing projects, ensuring designs meet company standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design and integration for all projects.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, building standards, and Philippine construction regulations.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage and mentor the architectural team, conducting regular project reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, high‑quality designs aligned with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional architect license (required).
• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, planning, and coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Philippine construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
