Lead Analyst – Inventory & GL Reconciliation

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Lead Analyst to own and ensure the accuracy of inventory general ledger balances across raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods. The role will drive month‑end and quarter‑end close activities while partnering with cross‑functional teams to explain financial drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate inventory GL balances (RM, WIP, FG) for completeness and proper classification.
• Perform and lead sub‑ledger to GL reconciliations, resolve variances, and manage ageing items.
• Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, including BtP analysis, inventory roll‑forward, and variance reporting.
• Ensure correct inventory accounting, cut‑off, and transaction integrity across all inventory stages.
• Collaborate with Operations, Costing, IT, and Finance to communicate financial impacts.
• Lead automation and process‑improvement initiatives such as reconciliation standardisation, close cycle reduction, and data‑validation/reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with strong inventory accounting knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work normal shift hours in the Philippines.
• Comfort with cross‑functional collaboration and process optimisation.
