Layout Designer (InDesign) – Individual Contractor

About the role

Labrador Asia is seeking a detail‑oriented Layout Designer with expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the broader Creative Suite. Working remotely, you will transform complex corporate information into clear, visually compelling reports and disclosures for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual layouts for annual reports, ESG filings, and regulatory disclosures.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce print‑ready and digital‑ready assets.
• Apply basic HTML skills to ensure designs are web‑compatible.
• Collaborate with editors, project managers, and client stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and recommend workflow improvements and best‑practice design processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience using enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, SAP, or Microsoft 365.
• Strong precision, time‑management, creativity, and communication abilities.
