Land Securement Assistant & Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Land Securement Assistant and Administrator to support our land acquisition activities for renewable energy projects in Daanbantayan, Cebu. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the early stages of wind and solar project development, working closely with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing and documenting land parcels, owners, tenants and existing improvements.
• Support the preparation and filing of land acquisition documentation, including easements, rental agreements and relocation claims.
• Prepare payment requests for rental, RCI, housing structures and other land‑related claims.
• Coordinate with local government units, landowners and internal teams to ensure compliance with acquisition standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on land‑securement activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in renewable energy and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small pre‑development team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
