About the role
Join NCR Voyix’s Technical Assistance Center in Cebu as a Level‑1 Technical Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting POS and related equipment to keep retail and hospitality solutions running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level‑1 technical troubleshooting for POS devices and supported equipment.
- Diagnose issues remotely, deliver solutions, and dispatch field technicians when needed.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and remote tools to resolve incidents.
- Follow Remote Incident Management processes and document all activities in the tracking system.
- Review incident history, identify recurring problems, and escalate according to defined paths.
- Contribute to knowledge articles and maintain accurate documentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new technical knowledge through training.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts onsite.
