KidStrong Coach/Teacher/Mentor

About the role

KidStrong is looking for energetic coaches who can inspire children from walking age up to 11 years. You will lead fun, science‑based classes that develop kids' physical, mental and character skills while creating a positive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum during scheduled class times.
• Engage children in activities that build confidence, teamwork and athletic ability.
• Maintain a clean and safe space for children and staff.
• Assist with weekend parties and seasonal camps.
• Follow direction from management and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Required profile

• High‑energy, reliable and communicative individual.
• Comfortable working 3‑5 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Willingness to train, take direction and maintain stage presence.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
