Instructor Specialist – Trust & Safety Training Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Specialist to lead Trust & Safety training initiatives for its Content Moderation team. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that ensure moderators are equipped to handle sensitive and potentially objectionable content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage training batches of 5 to 25 participants per schedule.
• Lead end‑to‑end training projects, including curriculum design and delivery in classroom or online settings.
• Develop and update training courses for various markets, products, and policy changes.
• Identify training gaps, conduct root‑cause analysis, and create targeted training plans.
• Track, report, and analyze training metrics for new batches.
• Conduct policy briefings aligned with local cultural, socio‑political, and geographical considerations.
• Collaborate with business teams to coach groups, identify low performers, and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience, preferably in training or learning & development.
• Legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Strong resilience and coping skills for exposure to graphic or sensitive content.
• Active participation in well‑being support programs.
