Communications Coach & Language Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Communications Coach and Language Trainer to elevate the customer experience by strengthening the communication skills of our frontline teams. You will design, deliver, and assess English language and soft‑skill training that ensures consistent, empathetic interactions across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop language training curricula aligned with client, account, and business needs.
• Create and update lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources covering grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, accent neutralization and soft‑skills.
• Apply adult‑learning principles, blended learning approaches and facilitation best practices.
• Customize programs based on performance data, training‑needs analysis and learner proficiency.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and hybrid sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct language assessments for new hires, evaluate speaking, listening, writing and customer‑service skills using a specialized tool.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and maintain accurate assessment records.

Required profile

• Completed at least the second year of college with no pending subjects.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience, training or communication coaching.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CX metrics and tools (e.g., CSAT, NPS, CRM platforms).
• Certification in coaching or training is preferred.
• Experience in a BPO or service‑oriented environment.
