About the role
Organica is seeking a Key Account Officer to drive growth of its key accounts, including pharmacy chains, modern trade, and distributors. The role focuses on managing relationships, executing promotions, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts (pharmacy chains, modern trade, distributors)
- Drive product listings, new product introductions, and SKU expansion
- Develop and execute joint business plans, promotions, and in‑store activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales, financial performance, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) for execution
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and customer database updates
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights
- Achieve KPIs: revenue, profitability, service levels, and collection targets
- Manage credit and ensure timely payment collections
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Experience handling pharmacy chains, modern trade, or distributor accounts
- Background in FMCG or consumer health (advantage)
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to manage multi‑location accounts in Cebu and Bohol
