Global EHS Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Global EHS Engineer in Cavite, Philippines. The role supports the company's global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability programs through data analysis, reporting, compliance and continuous improvement. It covers EHS and sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, management systems and the safety and environmental performance of global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze global EHS and sustainability data and metrics.
• Lead carbon accounting and GHG emissions reporting (Scope 1 & 2; support Scope 3).
• Support ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures (CSRD, GRI, GHG Protocol).
• Drive data-driven improvements in safety, sustainability, energy, water and waste reduction programs.
• Support ISO-based management systems (ISO 14001, 14064, 45001, 46001, 50001).
• Take part in audits, compliance assessments and benchmarking activities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on sustainability and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• BS degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, health or safety programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Positions requiring access to technical data may require export licensing approval; applicants who are not US citizens or permanent residents may need to go through an export licensing review.

Required skills

• Sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks (CSRD, GRI, GHG Protocol)
• Carbon accounting and GHG emissions management
• Knowledge of ISO management systems and EHS regulations
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH and DOT regulations
• Data analytics, digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions are a plus
