Key Account Manager - International Supply Chain (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

The International Supply Chain (ISC) Key Account Manager will support Chinese sellers operating on Lazada Philippines. Reporting to the ISC team, you will own the performance of assigned sellers, driving growth, sales and buyer engagement while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chinese sellers, building long‑term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Analyse sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored business plans.
• Provide market insights on the Philippine e‑commerce landscape, consumer behavior and competition.
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, operations and product teams to execute initiatives and resolve seller issues.
• Monitor key performance metrics, prepare periodic business reviews and recommend improvements.
• Ensure sellers comply with local regulations and Lazada ISC policies, mitigating operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Fluent Mandarin language skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong understanding of the e‑commerce industry and ability to translate market insights into strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing stakeholder relationships.
