Junior Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our team and undergo a four‑month intensive training program. The training is part of the probationary period and aims to bridge academic knowledge with real‑world IT industry demands.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training curriculum covering global IT standards and AWS engineering practices.
• Assist senior engineers on development tasks using C/C++, Java and other technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical specifications into functional code.
• Develop proficiency in Japanese (Nihongo) to read and communicate project details.

Required profile

• Graduating student or recent graduate of a 4‑ or 5‑year IT‑related degree.
• Strong foundation in C/C++ or Java programming.
• Ability to learn and apply open‑source, web, and networking technologies.
• PhilNITs certification and Japanese language skills are a plus.
