Junior Recruiter – On-site at Clark Outsourcing

About the role

As a Junior Recruiter at Clark Outsourcing, you will support the recruitment manager in planning and executing hiring strategies for a variety of positions. You will conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person interviews for low, mid, and senior level candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, while meeting SLA targets.
• Monitor and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to keep accurate candidate data and generate compliance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Google Suite for collaboration and reporting.
