Junior Recruiter

About the role

Join Testronic’s recruitment team as a Junior Recruiter and help shape the talent pipeline for the gaming industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-quality professionals who ensure our clients’ games are tested to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including high‑volume hiring.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database with accurate records.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilise recruitment platforms and social media to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support additional recruitment‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong interest in gaming and the video‑game industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
