Junior R&D Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior R&D Engineer to join our development team in Alabang. The position includes a five‑month intensive training program that covers global IT standards, technical‑to‑business skills, and Japanese language proficiency, preparing you to contribute to real industry projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training curriculum covering C++, C#, Java, Android, Data Analytics and AWS.
• Learn and apply global IT standards and open‑source technologies in actual development projects.
• Develop business‑oriented engineering solutions and bridge technical concepts with client needs.
• Read, write and communicate technical specifications in Japanese.
• After training, work on live software development projects as part of the R&D team.

Required profile

• Graduating student or recent graduate of a 4‑ or 5‑year IT‑related degree.
• Proficient in C/C++ or Java programming.
• Knowledge of open‑source technologies, web programming, Visual Basic, Assembly or TCP/IP is a plus.
• PhilNITs certification and Japanese language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo five months of onsite training in Alabang.
