About the role

NALO is seeking enthusiastic Junior Lawyers to join its growing legal team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful legal work while developing professional skills in a supportive, people‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior attorneys in preparing pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes.
Support client interactions and help draft correspondence.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate on case strategy.
Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

Recent law graduate or candidate with a strong academic record.
Passionate, driven, and purpose‑oriented with a desire to make a positive impact.
Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a dynamic organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
