Junior Health & Safety Officer – Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Junior Health & Safety Officer to support the implementation of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards on the Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm construction project in Laguna. The role offers early‑career professionals hands‑on experience in a large‑scale renewable energy site, with on‑site accommodation and full‑board meals provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in applying ACCIONA’s HSE policies and procedures on the construction site.
• Support risk assessments, safety inspections and incident reporting.
• Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate safety training and communication with site personnel and contractors.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records accurately.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in occupational health, safety, environmental studies or related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Laguna, 48 hours per week (Monday‑Saturday).
• Interest in renewable‑energy construction projects.
• Ability to participate in the iXPA postgraduate program alongside work duties.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with risk‑assessment and incident‑reporting processes.
