About the role
We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to provide prompt assistance to end‑users through phone, email and on‑site visits. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software problems, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or in‑person and log all interactions in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for clients.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems, operating systems and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and inventory records.
- Assist with the management and upkeep of IT inventory and equipment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Possession of a motorcycle and willingness to work in the field.
