IT Systems Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

Woodgrain is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design, administer, and support a diverse enterprise infrastructure spanning multiple locations. The role focuses on Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and own unresolved issues.
• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Install, configure, upgrade, document, monitor, and maintain hardware and software.
• Support Cisco UCS infrastructure and standalone servers.
• Plan and execute server patching initiatives across sites.
• Maintain system reliability, efficiency, and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory design, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Proven work with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience in SAN/NAS storage, data replication, and backup solutions.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary PHP 55,000 – PHP 65,000 (based on experience).
• Office‑based work at FLB Corporate Center, Cebu City.
• Standard Monday‑Friday schedule (10:00 pm – 7:00 am Philippine Time).
