IT Support Specialist – Autodesk & Network Security

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to provide end‑user assistance, manage Autodesk applications and ensure the security and reliability of our network infrastructure. The role is based onsite and requires a blend of desktop support, software administration and network security expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Administer Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D), handling installations, licensing and user accounts.
• Configure, monitor and maintain Cisco Meraki, Sophos and Fortinet firewalls, including rule sets and threat protection.
• Set up and troubleshoot site‑to‑site and remote‑access VPN connections.
• Manage Active Directory objects, Group Policy Objects and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Document system configurations, procedures and support tickets; support audits and asset management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience administering Autodesk software.
• Experience managing Meraki, Sophos and/or Fortinet environments.

Required skills

• Autodesk software deployment and licensing (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
• Network fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Firewall and security appliances – Cisco Meraki, Sophos, Fortinet.
• VPN technologies – SSL VPN, IPsec.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server.
• Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (preferred).
• Backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Endpoint security tools.
