IT Support Engineer – Aviation Groundhandling

About the role

Join a fast‑growing aviation groundhandling company as an IT Support Engineer. You will provide hands‑on technical assistance to keep airport IT systems running smoothly and support both local and international stations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person and remote technical support to end‑users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deploy software applications and ensure licensing compliance.
• Monitor network performance, implement security measures, and respond to incidents.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.
• Provide user training on IT tools and security best practices.
• Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and migrations.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in desktop support, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity protocols and disaster‑recovery concepts.
• Analytical, calm under pressure, and service‑oriented.
• Strong communication and diagnostic abilities.
