IT Service Desk – Urgent Hire with P20,000 Sign‑on Bonus

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk professional to join our team in Taguig. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to end‑users through phone, email and chat, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and other support channels, following SOPs to resolve queries.
• Provide first‑level technical support, service restoration, and fulfill service requests for laptops, desktops, LAN and applications.
• Perform systematic problem analysis, create incident tickets and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for escalation.
• Research issues, educate users, and suggest improvements or new solutions.
• Meet defined KPIs and SLAs, and adhere to all program‑specific processes and policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of any degree (undergraduates also considered).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Minimum 18 months experience in an IT Service Desk, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Exposure to international voice support.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and ticketing tools.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems (XP‑10).
• Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ticketing systems.
• iOS, Android and Windows mobile platforms.
• Basic networking, VPN, registry editing, patch management, antivirus and encryption.
