IT Service Desk Associate III – MySQL

About the role

Conduent is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate III with a focus on MySQL to join its support team. The role involves handling incident and service requests, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring smooth operation of client‑facing services for Fortune 100 companies and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Log, categorize, and prioritize all incident and service request details.
• Provide first‑line customer service resolution for operational and service‑related incidents.
• Route incidents and requests that cannot be resolved immediately to appropriate teams.
• Manage incident reports, determine involved configuration items, and update incident information.
• Deliver courteous end‑user support, resolve or appropriately escalate issues, and ensure incidents are closed.
• Maintain compliance with Conduent policies and standards.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma, short‑course certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience working with SQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with VMware environments and ability to work night‑shift or hybrid schedules.
