IT Helpdesk – First‑line Support Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an IT Helpdesk professional to serve as the single point of contact for staff IT issues via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems. You will provide first‑line investigation, diagnosis and resolution while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 first‑level support for all IT‑related incidents.
• Monitor and manage inbound requests across phone, email, chat and ticket queues.
• Receive, log, validate and diagnose issues using agreed‑upon SLAs.
• Utilize standard tools, platforms and processes to resolve problems.
• Escalate tickets that cannot be resolved to the appropriate support function.
• Maintain clear communication with users and stakeholders throughout the support process.
