System and Network Administrator (Onsite)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced System and Network Administrator to deliver on‑site IT services for its clients. You will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, servers and cloud platforms while ensuring security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and troubleshoot client network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless systems.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including installations, updates, performance tuning and issue resolution.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services – licensing, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD and Purview.
• Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to proactively monitor environments and perform routine maintenance.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions and test recovery procedures.
• Provide high‑level technical support, communicate with clients to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Document network and system configurations and produce regular reports for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to resolve issues and manage warranties.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and network administration, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS) and Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
