IT Director – Manufacturing (Cavite & Laguna)

About the role

The IT Director will lead all technology operations for two manufacturing sites in Cavite and Laguna. Reporting to the General Manager, you will translate business needs into robust IT solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and delivering reliable, secure services across network, MES, warehouse, and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full IT footprint at both factories, covering infrastructure, applications, and OT systems.
• Act as senior IT partner to site leadership, feeding business requirements into corporate roadmaps for MES, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing, performance, and capability growth.
• Ensure continuity of critical systems (MES, SCADA, ERP) and coordinate enhancements with corporate teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships, project execution, and change‑management processes to maintain security and uptime.
• Manage site‑level IT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycles.
• Drive business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with cybersecurity, SOX, and safety standards.
• Support site expansions, new production lines, relocations, and M&A integrations.

Required profile

• Proven senior IT leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of OT, MES, SCADA, and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align local execution with corporate strategy.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and large‑scale projects.
