About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated IT & Data Analytics Specialist to support daily business operations through technology, data management, reporting, and process improvement. The role bridges IT support and data analysis, working across multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit, compliance, and performance monitoring activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and recommend workflow improvements.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and testing new tools or system enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technology and operations‑related issues.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor data quality, detect discrepancies, and generate regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Analyze operational trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
