IT Administrator – Cloud & User Support

About the role

VCloud Interactive LLC is looking for an experienced Information Technology Administrator to oversee and support its technology environment across multiple offices. The role combines infrastructure management, cloud services, user support, procurement and security to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support company devices, networks, software and cloud services.
• Administer Google ecosystem services, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace.
• Monitor availability, performance and security of business‑critical platforms.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Handle user account provisioning, permissions and access controls.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Manage IT procurement, hardware, software licences, subscriptions and service providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for all IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchases, support, repairs and warranty claims.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, backups and security checks.
• Document systems, processes, configurations and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and networking fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace and SaaS applications.
• Proven ability to manage IT assets, procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Good understanding of IT security, access management, backup and business continuity.
