IT Administrator – Azure & Microsoft 365 (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cloud & IT Support Engineer to join a Sydney-based Managed Service Provider. The role is home‑based and focuses on Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 environments while also delivering traditional IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Manage cloud security and compliance solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and user environments.
• Provide Windows Server administration, covering Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Deliver desktop, laptop, and printer support to end users.
• Manage anti‑spam and antivirus solutions to ensure a secure environment.
• Support security‑awareness initiatives and user training programs.
• Assist with network infrastructure support, including firewalls and switching technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
