Investment Banking Analyst, Associate & Director (M&A)

About the role

Paulton & Company, a boutique investment bank focused on M&A and capital raising for Philippine middle‑market firms, is expanding its deal team. We are hiring Analysts, Associates and Directors to support a pipeline of high‑impact transactions across sectors such as financial services, logistics, infrastructure, hospitality, energy, healthcare, food & beverage, and consumer goods.

Key responsibilities

• Analysts: conduct accounting, financial and strategic due diligence; develop presentations, information memorandums and other deal materials; build financial models and perform ad‑hoc analyses.
• Associates: collaborate with analysts to ensure quality deliverables; engage senior executives; market and present opportunities to institutional investors; perform detailed financial analyses.
• Directors: lead deal teams of analysts and associates; ensure high‑quality output; manage client relationships and oversee transaction execution.

Required profile

• Accounting degree holder with a CPA license.
• Analyst: minimum 1 year experience in a Big 4 audit firm, corporate bank, investment bank or management consulting.
• Associate: minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Director: minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Availability to work onsite in Mandaluyong City at least three days per week (hybrid setup).
