Finance Manager – APAC Team

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its APAC team. The role partners with FP&A to influence strategic decisions, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within the finance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis and reporting to finance stakeholders and operations partners.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition, cost accruals, overhead charges and finalise the P&L for each business unit.
• Lead the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process, challenge targets, suggest improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insight on business trends, KPIs and profit improvement initiatives.
• Oversee project reporting, risk identification and escalation, and ensure compliance with company policy, SOX and IFRS.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of solid finance experience or a relevant qualification.
• Strong exposure to revenue and cost management, strategic thinking and data‑driven problem solving.
• Experience in engineering, consulting or IT firms is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, Power Query and Power BI.
