Inventory Planning Supervisor – Balagtas

About the role

Rebisco is seeking an Inventory Planning Supervisor to ensure optimal stock levels and align inventory with demand forecasts at its distribution center in Balagtas, Bulacan. The role connects demand planning, supplier coordination, and operational transformation initiatives to support seamless FMCG distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers to synchronize production schedules with inventory requirements.
• Utilize SAP to execute stock optimization, traceability, and performance monitoring.
• Support system integration and mechanization alignment projects within the warehouse.
• Prepare strategic reports on inventory performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Prior supervisory experience managing a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
