Reactive Value Chain Analyst

About the role

The Reactive Value Chain Analyst will coordinate the flow of IT equipment and services from suppliers to internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, accurate inventory, and compliance with customs regulations. This role acts as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customs authorities to maintain smooth operations and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of IT equipment, manage inventory levels, and perform stock reconciliations.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, from vendor selection and evaluation to quoting and ordering.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand.
• Monitor supplier performance, optimize the supply chain for cost‑efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customs authorities, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Provide guidance to departments on overseas activities, recommend operational improvements, and keep clients informed of shipment status.
• Stay updated on customs regulations, advise staff and clients on compliance, and submit weekly reports on permit fees and export/import metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics or procurement preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.
