Inventory Assistant

About the role

The R&D Assistant – Inventory Control is responsible for managing SAP transactions, monitoring inventory, and supporting the daily production of coded key mixes to meet production requirements while ensuring quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials and finished‑goods inventory to support production needs.
• Ensure timely SAP requisition and issuance based on daily forecasts.
• Produce coded key mixes in accordance with schedule and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain proper documentation of production reports.
• Perform daily inventory monitoring and maintain accuracy with zero variance.
• Support process improvements and coordinate with QA on quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food‑safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of production areas and equipment.

Required profile

• College level education (at least 2 years in a technical/vocational course) or equivalent.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in food manufacturing or R&D.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SAP is an advantage.
• Open to fresh candidates willing to learn and be trained.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
