Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will join San Miguel Equity Investments, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, to lead audit activities across its cement manufacturing and related businesses. The role focuses on evaluating financial and operational controls in areas such as production, logistics, sales, IT, HR and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
• Report and discuss audit findings, recommendations and significant issues with management.
• Conduct financial and operational audits across manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, sales & marketing, IT, human resources and safety.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels, communicate findings and follow‑up on audit recommendations.
• Provide status updates in meetings, review working papers and finalize audit documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Accountancy (mandatory).
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant audit or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interact with colleagues at different management levels.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
