Intermediate Designer

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Designer to lead ad creative and visual storytelling for both paid and organic channels. The role is fully remote and ideal for a designer who lives and breathes digital design, understands performance‑driven content, and is passionate about beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing static and video ads for platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and others.
• Repurpose existing assets into fresh, performance‑focused creatives.
• Collaborate with the founder, performance marketing manager and internal creative team to iterate and scale winning concepts.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Support visual storytelling for product launches, trends and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Retouch product photos and swatches; create on‑brand imagery for the website.
• Assist with large campaign launches, mood‑board creation and visual direction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven track record designing ad creatives and social content.
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and trend fluency.
• Self‑starter who can generate ideas as well as execute them.
• Passion for makeup and beauty; experience in beauty or e‑commerce is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Video editing tools – Capcut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
